- Light: Thrives in bright, indirect light but adapts well to low light; avoid harsh, direct sun.
- Watering: Water sparingly; allow soil to dry out completely between waterings (every few weeks, less in winter). Overwatering causes root rot. Water from bellow.
- Soil: Use well-draining mix, like cactus/succulent soil, or add perlite/grit to standard potting mix.
- Temperature/Humidity: Prefers typical room temperatures and normal household humidity; dislikes cold drafts.
- Fertiliser: Feed lightly with a diluted cactus feed during the growing season (spring/summer).
